This year we will include the BASIC tracks as have been run previously as well as the new ADVANCED tracks.
REGISTRATION is free and open to everyone. Please sign up by October 31, 2018.

Conduct / Basic Rules

Encouraging, "Hooray our team!" encouragement is highly encouraged

Discouraging, "Boo your team!" discouragement is highly discouraged

No profane, obscene or inappropriate decorations, clothing, designs, banners, speech, etc. are allowed

Small children and nice old ladies may be present - please act accordingly

Please no flash photography during the official races as it may interfere with a robot's sensors

Pictures will be taken at the event and uploaded to the AbileneRobot Facebook page and this website

Robot names and schools participating may be identified

Absolutely no individual's names will be listed

Let it be known if you do not want your or your child's photo to be taken and it won't

Not liable for any damage to your robot, parts, equipment, etc.

Rules are as open as possible to encourage creativity

Do not abuse potential loopholes as ways to circumvent the spirit of the races
