Decorations are highly encouraged but must not contain anything profane or obscene
Power Supply

Must be self-contained during the race

No cords or off-board power supplies, fuel lines to separate tanks, fans to push a sail, etc.

May use regular alkaline, lithium, rechargeable, or any other type of batteries if so desired
